Atelier
India’s textile heritage is among the oldest in the world. Many Indian garments are handwoven and hand-embroidered, taking months, sometimes years, to complete. Each carries a legacy of fine craftsmanship, threads dyed in natural pigments, woven on looms used for generations.
For the wedding, we request traditional Indian attire, though European formal wear is equally appropriate. We simply ask that your wardrobe reflect the formality of the celebrations.
A note offering context on Indian clothing may be shared upon request. Please feel free to contact our wedding concierge for any questions or information regarding dress recommendations.
In keeping with tradition, we kindly ask guests to avoid wearing red or white. If you wish to wear sneakers or jeans, the bride will personally escort you off the estate.
Daytime Formal |Formal daytime attire suited to an afternoon in the gardens. Guests may opt for light suiting, long dresses, or sarees, and lehengas.
Evening Best | Anything that gets you dancing! Rich fabrics, jewel tones, embellished dresses, and occasion formalwear are warmly welcomed.
Afternoon Elegant |Polished daytime attire. Elegant dresses, tailored separates, and daytime Indian wear are equally appropriate.
Indian Formal or Black Tie Optional | Formal attire is requested. Sarees, lehengas, sherwanis, dark suits, and evening gowns are all welcome. We invite you to dress for a day of celebration.
