Atelier
India’s textile heritage is among the oldest in the world. Many Indian garments are handwoven and hand-embroidered, taking months, sometimes years, to complete. Each carries a legacy of fine craftsmanship, threads dyed in natural pigments, woven on looms used for generations.
For the wedding, we request traditional Indian attire, though European formal wear is equally appropriate. We simply ask that your wardrobe reflect the formality of the celebrations. In keeping with tradition, we kindly ask quests to avoid wearing red or white.
A note offering context on Indian clothing may be shared upon request. Please contact our wedding concierge.
If you wish to wear sneakers or jeans, the bride will personally escort you off the estate.
